Founder and Lead Clinician | LPCC#17245

I am dedicated to fostering inclusivity and providing a safe, affirming space for people of color with a special focus on Asian Americans. Having navigated many of the challenges you may face, such as mental health stigma, cultural identity, and intergenerational trauma, I want you to know, I get you. Its hard sometimes, but I’m hear to listen and help. My approach centers on cultural humility, actively listening and respecting your lived experiences while recognizing how cultural factors have made it difficult for Asian Americans to seek out therapy. Together, we can navigate race, identity, and personal growth, working toward healing, resilience, and change.

As a licensed therapist with 5 years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I strive to utilize culture as a means to connect and better understand my clients. In addition to my cultural approach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my practice. Our thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected, when one changes the others follow. I’ve utilized CBT to help my Asian American clients reframe their thoughts, reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout, and develop healthy coping skills to tackle life's challenges. After all, we spend the most time with ourselves, imagine how much better it could be if our inner dialogue was kinder.

I understand the challenges you face, and I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and experiences. You deserve a therapist who truly listens, respects your identity, and values your journey. If you’re ready to begin your path toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let’s go on this journey together.
